6. Answer: How do I notify the share registry when I have changed address?

You must inform our share registry of any change in your address in writing. You can download a 'Change of Address Notification Advice' form (PDF, 161Kb) and print it - or you can request a form by mail or by phone.

7. Answer: Do I have to notify the share registry of my tax file number?

You are not required to notify the share registry of your tax file number, however, if you choose not to disclose your tax file number, Foster's is obliged to deduct tax at the top marginal rate (plus Medicare levy) from any unfranked or partially franked dividends paid to Australian registered securityholders. You can download a Tax File Number, Australian Business Number or Exemption Notification form (PDF, 163Kb). Mail or fax your form back to Computershare Investor Services.

8. Answer: Can I have my dividends deposited directly into my bank account?

You can instruct the Foster's Share Registry, Computershare Investor Services, to pay your dividends directly into a nominated bank account or other financial institution in Australia by completing a Direct Credit Form. You can download a Direct Credit Form (PDF, 163Kb) or, for a personalised form, login to our Online Share Registry. Mail or fax your form back to Computershare Investor Services.

9. Answer: Can I choose to receive the full Annual Report or nothing at all?

Unless you notify us otherwise, you will receive the concise Annual Report. By logging into our Online Share Registry you can nominate NOT to receive printed annual reports which helps us reduce print and mail costs. You will still be sent Notices of Meeting and Proxy Forms. Alternatively, download an Annual Report Election form (PDF, 164Kb) and mail or fax it to Computershare Investor Services.

10. Answer: How do I transfer shares off-market?

You can transfer your shares to a third party by completing a Standard Transfer Form. Click to download a Standard Transfer Form (PDF, 441KB) with instructions on how to complete it. Both the seller and buyer will need to sign the form. Once completed please forward this to either your stockbroker (if you have a CHESS holding) or to our share registry (if you have an Issue Sponsored holding:

11. Answer: How do I consolidate my holdings?

If you have two or more holdings in Foster's in the same name you can consolidate them into one holding. Click to download a Consolidate Holdings form (PDF, 140Kb). Complete, sign and mail it to Computershare Investor Services.

12. Answer: When does my shareholding entitle me to vote?

Shareholders are entitled to vote on resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders which is normally held in October each year, and at any other General Meetings which may be held from time to time. A Notice of Meeting is posted to all shareholders at least 28 days before the date of the meeting.

13. Answer: Do I have to attend the General Meetings of shareholders to be able to exercise my right to vote?

Shareholders are encouraged to attend shareholders meetings however, when this is not possible, they are able to use the proxy form to cast their vote. An attendance slip and a proxy form is posted to shareholders at least 28 days before the date of meeting.

14. Answer: When voting on a resolution at a General Meeting, what is my vote worth?

Every shareholder, proxy or shareholder's representative has one vote on a show of hands. In the case of a poll, each share held by every shareholder, proxy or representative is entitled to:

a) one vote for each fully paid share; and

b) voting rights in proportion to the paid up amount of the issue price for each partly paid share.
